Dr
Nino Gorgiladze boasts over a decade of experience in healthcare administration, fueled by a deep
seated commitment to improving healthcare systems Her journey began with a Doctor of Dental
Medicine ( degree from David Agmashenebeli University of Georgia in 2010 followed by a
residency program and a medical license in Therapeutic Stomatology in 2012 Simultaneously, she honed
her administrative skills by taking on the challenging role of the CEO of a Medical Diagnostic Center in
Batumi in 2011
From
2014 onwards, Dr Gorgiladze expanded her expertise through consultancy work Collaborating
with various healthcare organizations under long and short term contracts, she provided guidance on
compliance with national regulations for licensing and permits, implemented quality management
systems, conducted internal audits, and developed and implemented corrective action plans
Since
2015 she has served as an invited teacher at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, sharing her
knowledge of Public Health, Healthcare Management, Health Policy, Healthcare Quality, and Leadership in
Healthcare with future healthcare professionals
Throughout
her career, Dr Gorgiladze has actively pursued continuous learning, participating in various
professional development programs and courses relevant to her field and research interests In 2018 she
embarked on a doctoral program in Public Administration at Grigol Robakidze University, culminating
with a defense of a dissertation titled "The Regulatory Role of the State in High Quality Healthcare (on the
Example of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara)" in 2023
In
her current role as Deputy Rector for Academic and Strategic Development at Avicenna Batumi
Medical University since 2022 Dr Gorgiladze spearheads the university's academic growth, cultivates
strategic partnerships, and enhances its domestic and international standing
