Dr. Tinatin Nakaidze is a physician and public health professional with over 15 years of leadership experience in hospital administration, healthcare governance, and clinical research. She holds an MD from Tbilisi State Medical University and an MPH from The George Washington University, USA, where she also trained in community health assessment and program planning.
She has served in senior leadership roles at N. Kipshidze Central University Hospital and Pineo Medical Ecosystem, overseeing major hospital projects, policy development, licensing, HR management, and clinical trial coordination. In addition, she has contributed as a consultant and educator, supporting healthcare projects and organizational development.
Fluent in Georgian, Russian, and English, Dr. Nakaidze combines her international training, administrative expertise, and data-driven skills to advance healthcare systems with a strong focus on quality, patient safety, and organizational efficiency.
