PhD Candidate in Occupational Safety and Health, Georgian Technical University

Since 2026, Dr. Iveri Maisuradze has served as a Clinical Surveyor at the Healthcare Quality Assessment Accreditation Council, where he oversees clinical governance, patient safety, epidemiology, infection prevention and control, and clinical risk management within the accreditation processes of healthcare organizations.

Iveri Maisuradze is a Georgian healthcare executive, pharmacist, legal specialist,

and institutional reform strategist with over 15 years of leadership experience

in hospital governance, regulatory compliance, labor safety systems, and healthcare management.

Graduating from Tbilisi State Medical University as a state-certified pharmacist-organizer,

he later expanded his expertise into law and business engineering at the Georgian Technical University,

acquiring a multidisciplinary foundation that bridges medicine, regulation, and institutional management.

He continued doctoral studies in Pharmacy at Yerevan State Medical University and later obtained top

professional qualifications in Labor Safety and Environmental Technologies, Emergency Management,

Fire Safety, and Healthcare Social Work.

Throughout his career, Maisuradze has served as General Director and executive leader

of multiple state and private hospitals, including infectious disease hospitals,

maternity institutions, central hospitals, and multidisciplinary medical centers.

Beyond executive governance, he is the Founder and Director of the Labor Safety Institute of Georgia,

where he has led the implementation of occupational safety, emergency preparedness,

and fire protection systems across numerous medical institutions, pharmaceutical companies,

laboratories, and specialized clinics nationwide.

He currently serves as a Personal Data Protection Officer for leading medical ecosystems,

integrating GDPR-aligned compliance models within healthcare environments and positioning

himself at the intersection of labor safety, clinical risk management, data protection,

emergency governance, and institutional accreditation.

His academic contributions include publications in healthcare management, pharmaceutical care,

occupational disease research, and analytical pharmacology. Earlier in his career,

he received Presidential First Degree Diplomas for scientific excellence and was formally

recognized by national and regional authorities for leadership during pandemic response efforts.

Fluent in Georgian and Russian, with advanced English proficiency and working knowledge

of French and German, Maisuradze operates in both national and international professional contexts.
