Dr. Tinatin Nakaidze is a physician and public health professional with over 15 years of leadership experience in hospital administration, healthcare governance, and clinical research.

Since 2026, Dr. Nakaidze has served as a Clinical Surveyor at the Healthcare Quality Assessment Accreditation Council, where she oversees clinical governance, patient safety, epidemiology, infection prevention and control, and clinical risk management within the accreditation processes of healthcare organizations.

Throughout her career, Dr. Nakaidze has served in senior leadership roles at N. Kipshidze Central University Hospital and Pineo Medical Ecosystem. In these capacities, she has overseen major hospital projects, policy development, licensing, and HR management, while also serving as a coordinator for complex clinical trials. Her work focuses on integrating administrative expertise with data-driven skills to advance healthcare systems.

Beyond her administrative appointments, she has contributed extensively as a consultant and educator, supporting healthcare projects and organizational development with a strong emphasis on quality, patient safety, and organizational efficiency.

Dr. Nakaidze’s professional contributions are informed by her international training and multilingual proficiency in Georgian, Russian, and English, allowing her to collaborate effectively across diverse healthcare environments and clinical settings.

Her academic background combines clinical medicine with advanced public health disciplines. She holds an MD degree from Tbilisi State Medical University and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from The George Washington University, USA. During her tenure in the United States, she received specialized training in community health assessment and program planning, further refining her expertise in healthcare quality and systemic reform.
