HQACI approved the distribution of evaluator directions
The HQACI Governing Board approved the allocation of surveyor streams, whereby General Management Surveyors assess organizational governance and applicable standards including occupational and fire safety, while Clinical Surveyors assess clinical governance and patient safety including epidemiology and infection prevention and control.
