Accreditation
HQACI accreditation is a structured, evidence-based external evaluation process designed to assess compliance with HQACI standards and to promote continuous quality improvement in healthcare organizations.
Accreditation decisions may include:
- Grant of accreditation
- Maintenance of accreditation
- Suspension
- Withdrawal
- Extension or reduction of scope
Final accreditation decisions are taken exclusively by an independent Accreditation Committee, fully separated from survey and operational functions, ensuring impartiality and credibility.
