Ms. Keso Gulua is an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in institutional management, organizational coordination, and quality standards implementation. Her professional career reflects consistent growth within both public and private sector institutions, with a focus on administrative governance and operational efficiency. From 2017 to 2021 she worked in a public institution, initially serving as Assistant to the Chairperson and later being promoted to the position of Senior Specialist. During this period she gained substantial experience in administrative coordination, documentation management, and internal organizational processes. Since 2021 Ms. Gulua has been serving as Administration Manager at LLC Tbilisi Expertise Bureau, where she oversees administrative operations, ensures effective internal communication, and supports institutional compliance with regulatory and quality standards. In 2026 she was appointed Administrative Manager at the Healthcare Quality Assessment and Accreditation Council, where she contributes to the effective management of administrative systems and supports the implementation of accreditation and quality assurance procedures. Ms. Gulua has professional experience in standards implementation and ISO-related processes, contributing to the development and strengthening of internal quality management systems. Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree from Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Humanities, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from David Aghmashenebeli University of Georgia.
