Teimuraz Tchikhoria

Since 2026 Mr. Teimuraz Tchikhoria has served as Quality Manager at the Healthcare Quality Assessment and Accreditation Council, where he oversees quality control processes, ensures compliance with established standards and regulatory requirements, conducts internal audits, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high service and operational performance. Since 2025 he has also held the position of Company Director at Gentamed LTD, leading strategic initiatives and managing interdisciplinary projects. Mr. Tchikhoria is currently enrolled in the American MD Program (USMD) at Tbilisi State Medical University. His academic and scientific engagement is further reflected in his leadership roles since 2023 as Vice President of the Walter E. Dandy Neurosurgical Organization Georgia. He has served as Conference Head of the Brain Awareness Summit 2024, organized in collaboration with the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies (FENS), as well as the Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders (PDMD’25) Conference, jointly organized by the Georgian Neuroscience Association and the International Brain Research Organization (IBRO). These experiences have strengthened his expertise in scientific communication, project leadership and multidisciplinary coordination. Mr. Tchikhoria has presented peer-reviewed scientific papers at major international academic forums, including the Georgian Alzheimer’s Association Scientific Conference and the International Scientific Conference at the Medical University of Gdansk. His publication record includes articles in MEDINSIGHT Journal, the Journal of Neurological Sciences, and Artery Research. His academic training is further complemented by certification in Good Clinical Practice. Ms. Keso Gulua is an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in institutional management, organizational coordination, and quality standards implementation. Her professional career reflects consistent growth within both public and private sector institutions, with a focus on administrative governance and operational efficiency. From 2017 to 2021 she worked in a public institution, initially serving as Assistant to the Chairperson and later being promoted to the position of Senior Specialist. During this period she gained substantial experience in administrative coordination, documentation management, and internal organizational processes. Since 2021 Ms. Gulua has been serving as Administration Manager at LLC Tbilisi Expertise Bureau, where she oversees administrative operations, ensures effective internal communication, and supports institutional compliance with regulatory and quality standards. In 2026 she was appointed Administrative Manager at the Healthcare Quality Assessment and Accreditation Council, where she contributes to the effective management of administrative systems and supports the implementation of accreditation and quality assurance procedures. Ms. Gulua has professional experience in standards implementation and ISO-related processes, contributing to the development and strengthening of internal quality management systems. Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree from Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Humanities, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from David Aghmashenebeli University of Georgia.
