
Mr. Teimuraz Tchikhoria
Mr. Teimuraz Tchikhoria is a dedicated quality management professional and emerging medical
scholar whose professional career is primarily focused on quality assurance systems, regulatory
compliance, and continuous institutional improvement. He possesses experience in overseeing
quality control mechanisms, conducting internal audits, and supporting the development of
effective governance and operational frameworks within healthcare-related institutions.
Since 2026 Mr. Teimuraz Tchikhoria has served as Quality Manager at the Healthcare Quality Assessment and Accreditation Council, where he oversees quality control processes, ensures compliance with established standards and regulatory requirements, conducts internal audits, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high service and operational performance.
Since 2025 he has also held the position of Company Director at Gentamed LTD, leading strategic initiatives and managing interdisciplinary projects.
Mr. Teimuraz Tchikhoria is currently enrolled in the American MD Program (USMD) at Tbilisi State Medical University. His academic and scientific engagement is further reflected in his leadership roles since 2023 as Vice President of the Walter E. Dandy Neurosurgical Organization Georgia.
He has served as Conference Head of the Brain Awareness Summit 2024, organized in collaboration with the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies (FENS), as well as the Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders (PDMD’25) Conference, jointly organized by the Georgian Neuroscience Association and the International Brain Research Organization (IBRO). These experiences have strengthened his expertise in scientific communication, project leadership and multidisciplinary coordination.
Mr. Tchikhoria has presented peer-reviewed scientific papers at major international academic forums, including the Georgian Alzheimer’s Association Scientific Conference and the International Scientific Conference at the Medical University of Gdansk. His publication record includes articles in MEDINSIGHT Journal, the Journal of Neurological Sciences, and Artery Research.
His academic training is further complemented by certification in Good Clinical Practice.
